Psychometric Assessment Instruments

When conducting psychometric assessments, Access Management Corporation utilises only accredited testing instruments. Following assessment, clients are provided with a detailed report indicating a candidate's suitability for the position. In addition, specific issues and questions for reference checking and further investigation are suggested. Some, but not all, of the available instruments are outlined below.
