In 2008, Access Management Corporation (AMC) partnered with Quest Community Newspapers (Brisbane) in the online judging component of the Business Achiever Award Program. We engaged AMC to develop an online business questionnaire which became a key step in the award process. The questionnaire was professionally tailored to meet our requirements and the final product was easy to navigate for participants. Ongoing development requests were responded to promptly and final reports were both timely and accurate. The end result was a professional judging process with more efficient judging turnaround times. In 2009, these services were extended to include the Cumberland Courier Newspaper Group (Sydney). AMC is now partnering with News Community Media in developing the largest SME Business Survey in Australia. Santa Sabina College conducted the School Results Survey (SRS) of our Parent community in 2010 as part of the College’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and to working in partnership with parents. The on-line survey instrument was user-friendly and only required 10-15 minutes of each respondent’s time. Its capacity to allow us to customise some questions and to receive segmented data has provided us with useful information about our community’s perceptions of the College and level of satisfaction with key aspects of our educational offerings. The Reports, with which we have been provided, are detailed and comprehensive. Its data will assist us in informing our planning for the future. St Stephen’s School engaged Access Management to carry out its recent Schools Results Survey (SRS) and found this to be an extremely worthwhile exercise. With in excess of 2,500 students across two campuses, the survey has enabled the School to gather a wide range of information from its parent body, students and staff. The Schools Results Survey (SRS) from Access Management Corporation (AMC) was a very valuable “find” this year. From the cordiality and professionalism with which it was arranged with AMC staff, to the thoroughness with which communication with parents was established and maintained throughout the survey process, to the extensive and appropriate range of questions which were asked and the scope for comments that was given, to the excellent proportion of respondents garnered, to the reporting format and the analysis of feedback and to the efficiency with which the whole project was delivered with all promised timelines met and the reporting living up to – even exceeding – expectations, this was a very valuable exercise. It has given us much useful information on which to plan for the future and on which to “tweak” our service in response to the opinions of our community. One of the many mandatory accreditation requirements faced by schools today is ensuring that parent feedback is gathered regularly and then accurately reported. This can be a very time consuming drain on limited manpower resources for many schools. The SRS is an extremely easy to use process for reducing the time necessary to gather this information. At Great Southern Grammar, we are developing a strategic focus designed to meet the needs of our community. St Vincent's College engaged AMC to carry out an online school survey of our parents and staff. The survey was simply presented, easy to complete and was not time consuming. We had a high response rate from both parents and staff and the feedback from both groups was positive. The ability to customise questions was also a positive. The reports received from AMC were detailed and easy to read. The whole process was simple and pain free. With team member’s working in different locations and during different hours, we identified that an online, web-based survey was the most appropriate survey method. The challenge we faced was finding an online survey that was easy to use and could be quickly completed with minimal disruption to day to day operations, because ultimately we knew from past experiences that team members would not see the value in participating otherwise. After comparing and investigating the different employee survey products, we found that the Talent Results Survey (TRS) was the only product that met our needs. As the administrator, the initial setup of the survey took minutes rather than hours and the only challenge faced during this phase was determining what five custom statements to use. Any questions or problems experienced with the system were quickly acted upon and followed up. Our diverse geographical area of operation requires the mpa’s team to respond and communicate efficiently and effectively. The Talent Results Survey allowed this to occur with minimal disruption to client’s expectations while providing our team members with the opportunity to contribute their thoughts openly and with complete confidentiality. We recently used Access Management Corporation's Talent Results Survey (TRS) to survey our staff. We found the online process quite seamless and easy to implement. The confidentiality of using a third party and daily reminders to staff led to a high response rate. The graphical outcome reports were quite comprehensive and easy to interpret. The Building Industry Credit Bureau is continually looking for improvement in delivering our member services and therefore surveys its members from time to time in order to identify areas that require additional attention. AMC’s online survey (Member Results Survey) has provided us with an efficient, hassle free, yet professional means of achieving this objective. The Perth Convention Bureau aims to conduct a survey of our members each financial year and has in the past contracted outside independent companies to undertake this survey for us. We have received low participation numbers in the past with less than 20% completing the questionnaire. We were also able to purchase additional reports such as a full and comprehensive PowerPoint presentation which provided some very useful statistics. We were very satisfied with the work undertaken by Access Management Corporation and would look to use this service again in the future. The Member Results Survey (MRS) provided an easy and efficient survey to assist us in generating meaningful member feedback. The survey response rate improved when compared to alternative survey products in previous years and this in itself was an advantage that the program offers.
