Early in the year, due to the economic pressures and reduced personnel, we had to implement a platform to not only decrease the pressure on the local offices but also to ensure guests were able to easily obtain tickets for the highly sought after Business Achiever Awards’ dinners. The online ticketing system has reduced our local office administrator’s ticket sales duties by 70-80% which has allowed them to maintain focus on our primary business, the production of a weekly newspaper. This system has not only reduced the pressure on each local office but has also reduced our impact on the environment due to the reduction in printing of full colour gloss tickets, printed envelopes/labels, postage handling and delivery. I am very pleased with the new ticketing system and the quality of interface that Access Management Corporation has provided us. ^ Return to topMPA Surveying, a professional service firm, had a cumbersome and difficult to use time recording and invoicing system that was not integrated into any of our other business systems and required specialist support. Access Management Corporation (AMC) identified a solution which involved exploiting our existing accounting (MYOB) system to replace core functions of our legacy system. As part of the solution, AMC developed bespoke reporting and control systems.
