I found AMC to be dedicated, reliable and informative at each step of the job searching process, and the timely updates on progress were very much appreciated to a hopeful applicant.  Very different from other 'recruiters' that I have been required to use in the past, AMC seem to take it upon themselves to try to balance the needs of employer and prospective employee. While this may seem to be the function of an employment consultant, it has been very uncommon for me. I would place them at the foremost of the services that I have been provided in my job hunting.  A welcome change for the better.

I found AMC to be highly professional in all of our dealings.  Jenny (acting as a representative of AMC) always acted in a prompt professional manner and was respectful of emotional aspects associated with changing employment.  In particular I was impressed with the fact that Jenny was always prompt to reply to my queries, flexible in terms of changing her plans to meet my needs, respectful of the time I required to make decisions and always professional in her conduct and manner.

I have never dealt with any recruitment agency as thorough, personable and efficient as Access Management Corporation (AMC). I had been frantically job hunting for a couple of weeks, dealing with various firms personally and approaching numerous recruitment agencies.
