  Conducting Assessments
We conduct psychometric and computer skills assessments to provide objective evaluations of short-listed candidates. Our trained Corporation use accredited testing instruments and provides comprehensive written reports to clients outlining candidates’ strengths and weaknesses and their likely performance on the job.
  Providing Recruitment Reports on Short-listed Candidates
We provide you with a confidential recruitment report for all the short-listed candidates. This includes summaries of our interviews with the candidates, resumes, copies of the original sighted qualifications and psychometric assessment reports.
  Conducting Reference Checks
We conduct 3-4 thorough reference checks on the preferred candidate in order to verify their background and suitability, and provide a confidential written report to you.
  Negotiating with the Preferred Candidate
