PeopleMapper

PeopleMapper is an un-timed, self-reported questionnaire which assesses personality across a set of 11 valid and reliable scales. These access most aspects of an individual's work styles. Results provide an insight into an individual's most likely behaviour in a work environment.

PeopleMapper has 11 basic dimensions:

1. Change Oriented

Measures a person's attitude towards change and variety, whether the person actively seeks new experiences or whether they tend to prefer familiar situations and more routine activities.

2. Risk Taking

Measures a person's willingness to take risks as opposed to having a tendency towards caution and security, particularly those connected with finance and business ventures.

3. Competitive

Measures the level of motivation to be recognised as successful, mainly in a career context.

4. Socially Confident

Measures a person's tendency to seek attention in group or social situations, and can reflect the degree of comfort or discomfort when speaking in front of a group.

5. Work Orientated

Measures the focus on where people concentrate their energies, either towards their work and career or towards their time outside work.

6. Stamina

Measures the tendency to maintain mental energy levels when under pressure or over an extended time period.

7. Perfectionist

Measures the degree to which a person values maintaining high standards over meeting deadlines.

8. Time Managed

Measures a person's desire to work to a schedule in contrast to a more flexible approach to use of time.

9. Warm

Measures an individual's tendencies when relating to other people and whether they are more or less detached and impersonal in their dealings.

10. Outgoing

Measures the degree to which an individual seeks and enjoys the company of other people and actively seeks its out.

11. Worrying

Measures the individual's tendency to worry and feel anxious in different situations.
